Its that time of year again! Our junior wheelchair Christmas Camp is only a few weeks away and we are aiming to raise the much needed funds to send our junior wheelies to camp. Please start your fundraising now by creating a fundraising page and setting your own personal challenge to support our junior wheelchair members.
With your support we Wheelchair Sports NSW is able to make this a reality for those living with a disability. This Christmas we are sending up to 50 children with a disability to our the Christmas Camp providing them with a chance to learn and participate in wheelchair sport. Please support Wheelchair Sports NSW and start fundraising today! Simply sign up and then email your friends, family and colleagues and ask for their support.
To help you with fundraising choose a challenge, it can be something physical, emotional, entertaining - face your fears and challenge yourself to support individuals with a disability to have a chance at sport. Below are a few ideas to get you started:
Host your own event - a cook off, mufti day, sausage sizzle, morning tea, girls night in, movie night, dinner party, poker night with the boys, trivia night, Christmas party event.
Set a Personal Challenge - Give up junk food, no alcohol for a month, stop swearing, singing or dancing competition.
Exercise - Challenge yourself to walk so many steps a day, enter a marathon, bike ride for so many kms in a day, push ups, squats and sit ups everyday for a month, hike up a mountain, or enter a race, parasailing, skydiving.
Be Creative, use your imagination - any Challenge is possible!

Help us provide a sporting chance to children with a disability!

The cost per child to attend a camp is $500 and our aim is to raise $25,000 to support children with a disability have the chance to play sport.
